SEVEN Interview Coaching

Within the SEVEN Interview programme, we do our best to replicate your interview situation as closely as we can through expert led role plays and up to the minute industry specific questioning. We identify exactly what you specifically need to improve or tweak and work with you in order to play up your strengths, develop excellently communicated responses to guarantee you will give the very best interview possible.

How it works?

We conduct the SEVEN Interview programme over a 2 hour session. We ask you for some job descriptions of roles you’re interviewing for, your CV and we prepare industry specific questions through our relevant contacts to ensure it is as real to life as possible.

We firstly interview you over 40 minutes. We then review your performance and coach you on enhancing the areas you need to work on, coaching you on relevant examples, wording and how to play up your experience and show it’s value. We then interview you again in the last 30 minutes, to give you an opportunity to apply what you’ve just learnt.
We include a free copy of SEVEN’s Secrets to a Successful Interview for you to go away with and refer to.

SEVEN Networking
