At SEVEN, we like things to be pretty simple. To keep things that way, we have outlined terms to ensure that you always know where you stand.

 

All new clients agree to these terms when embarking on coaching at SEVEN.

Time: It is the client’s responsibility to confirm the agreed session.

Cancellations or Postponement: If necessary, clients may cancel their coaching sessions 48 hours prior to that session’s start time and reschedule without penalty. If clients do not cancel within the 48 hour window, they forfeit the costs and benefits of that session.

For exceptional circumstances, on a case by case basis i.e. illness, £50 will be payable for 60 minute session cancellations.

To apply for cancellation as a result of exceptional circumstances, a phone call is the only acceptable mode of communication.

Cancellation / Late for Face-to-Face Clients: It is the responsibility of the Client to be punctual and be prepared so that we can be the most productive.

Note-taking - Please always bring a notebook and take notes of the actions we agree on and keep a summary of what we covered in that session.

This maximises your time and value from our work, it also speeds up the process.

At least 3 hours before your next session, please email the actions we have agreed for that session and a brief summary of what you achieved.
