Rebecca Delgado is a certified coach and facilitator specializing in personal development and career coaching, trained in the Co-Active model at renowned Coaches Training Institute, as well as in the Relational Dynamics 1st model. Accredited by Coaching Culture at Work and member of ICF, as well as the the Association for Coaching (MAC). She has a background in the performing arts, entrepreneurship and the the non-profit sector, in which she focused on innovation and change management.
Rebecca trained to be a ballet dancer at the Royal Swedish Ballet School, but left dance after suffering an injury. She then went on to train as an actor at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York. After a few years she transitioned into entrepreneurship and the non-profit sector. As a coach, she makes use of her diverse and dynamic background and incorporates it into her work with clients.
With an international background, she has extensive experience from cross-cultural aspects and challenges of both the working and the personal panorama. She makes use of her creativity in her coaching and is particularly driven by intuitively bringing forth the potential that lies within each individual in a tailored way unique to each client, no matter their industry or background.
