Ruby Malik
Executive Coach
Ruby is an energetic and business-savvy coach having founded and sold a successful business in the fashion industry, as well as her earlier career in delivering outplacement coaching to C-Suite executives of well known global banks and corporations. As a result, Ruby intimately understands different personalities and ways of working and has a highly-adaptable approach that is completely client-centred.
A Henley Business School and Regent’s University qualified executive and leadership coach, Ruby is also qualified as a psychotherapeutic counsellor. She has held senior directorships in dynamic large corporates and also built a brand from scratch as an entrepreneur.
Her successful track record is in helping executives, leaders and high potential individuals realise their ambitions, build on their strengths and minimise their challenges.
Inside or outside any current role, how we portray our emotional intelligence in our leadership style ,our executive impact and our personal credibility, is critical to success in today's workplace and video-lined & social media world.
Ruby gets to the nub of the matter quickly, identifies the challenges, before using a series of tools, techniques and dialogues, tailored to work with each client. This creates positive and lasting behavioural change, whilst building up their skill-sets, brand and executive presence.
