She primarily works with founders, CEOs, and executives helping them navigate their biggest challenges so they can reach their next level of success and achieve personal and professional mastery.
Her understanding of psychology and neuroscience combined with a passion for business and leadership enables her to bring powerful impact to each individual and lasting change in their beliefs, behaviours, and results. Born and raised in Germany, Katy has travelled the world for four years before moving to New York City and is now based between London and Barcelona. While abroad, she spent multiple months in Buddhist monasteries studying the mindfulness teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Vipassana, learning how to implement them to improve performance and balance in life and business. Through her research on how the brain manifests stress in the body, she was able to heal herself from years of chronic pain. Katy’s work has been featured on Forbes, Success Magazine, Thrive Global, Addicted2Success, Best Self Magazine, Best You Magazine, and other media outlets.
She has partnered with organisations like WeWork, Soho House, and TechHub as well as Quinnipiac University to lead training on the topics of business, leadership, and high-performance psychology and hosts monthly events around the world.
