Valeria has 14 years of investment banking experience, during which she has advised, consulted and coached senior executives on human capital strategy, leadership and executive development. With a background in occupational psychology, Valeria trained as an Executive Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, specialising in Leadership Development.
Executive Coach + Trainer
Sarah has a successful track record helping individuals and organisations manage change and make huge behavioural shifts for the better. Sarah has successfully worked with a variety of SEVEN clients in designing and leading a 12 month leadership development programme, working with the senior leadership teams in a workshop capacity while also working on a 1-1 basis with members of the leadership team.
Emma has over 18 years of experience in people development, business, and communications with a background in coaching, advertising and mentoring. She has worked for several leading advertising agencies with some of the world’s largest brands. Emma works predominately with mid to senior level executives and business owners. She strives to help people increase their awareness, potential and performance.
